Cardamom
- Cardamom comes from the seeds of a ginger-like plant.
- The small, brown-black sticky seeds are contained in a pod in three double rows with about six seeds in each row.
- Cardamom cut & sift is obtained by grinding the whole cardamom to the desired granulation.
- Product is organically produced and processed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP norms and regulations NPOP, NOP & EEC 834/2007.
- The product is naturally fumigated through the EcO: processing technique.
- The product is steam sterilized.
