Curry leaves
- It is a small tree, growing 4-5 m tall. The leaves are pinnate, with 11-21 leaflets, each leaflet 24 cm long and 1-2 cm broad. They are highly aromatic and often used in curries.
- Product is organically produced and processed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices. HACCP norms and regulations NPOP, NOP & EEC 834/2007.
- Product is naturally fumigated through EcO2 processing technique.
- Product is steam sterilized.
