- Mace is the dried reticulated ‘aril’ of the nutmeg seed.
- When the fruit matures, it bursts open along the groove, exposing the bright attractive mace, covering the hard, black, shiny shell of the seed called nutmeg.
- Product is organically produced and processed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices, [IACCP norms and regulations NPOP, NOP & EEC 834/2007.
- Product is naturally fumigated through EcO: processing technique.
