- Turmeric is a member of the zingirberaceae family, a perennial plant with roots or tubers.
- The shape of the turmeric roots is normally a cylindrical curve. It has a peculiar fragrant odor and a bitter, slightly acrid taste
with a deep orange to reddish-yellow in color.
- Turmeric CS is made by grinding turmeric fingers to the desired granulation.
- Product is organically produced and processed according to current Good Manufacturing Practices, IIACCP norms and regulations NPOP, NOP & EEC 834/2007.
- Product is naturally fumigated through EcO: processing technique.
